This week is relatively reasonable on the mileage. I managed to come back with 27 miles. My Achilles tendon are not quite there yet, so I skipped all speed workout. I just wanted to reach some mileages. Sunday I ran 10 miles.

4-week break
I haven't been able to keep up the training schedule for 4 weeks due to my Achilles tendon injury. It is frustrating.
